Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in a themed fabrication shop, movie or theater production workshop, or makeup & effects studio. You will help create high-quality scenic elements, sculptures, props, and set pieces that meet our creative and technical standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assemble structural and decorative components for scenic treatment, ensuring accuracy and readiness for further artistic processes.
- Collaborate with the scenic team to produce and finish high-quality set pieces and props.
- Participate in mold-making, casting, and resin application, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain an organized, safe workspace and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and adapt techniques to meet deadlines.
- Track tasks and time using our project management software.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in a themed fabrication shop, movie/theater workshop, or similar environment.
- Proficiency in woodworking, CNC assembly, and general fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, blueprints, and concept art.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
