Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client has the right coverage for their specific life situation.

Provide clear, jargon-free explanations of policy terms and coverage limits to help clients make informed decisions.

Review existing policy portfolios annually to identify gaps or opportunities for better protection.

Process new policy applications and manage renewals with precision and attention to detail.

Resolve client inquiries promptly by focusing on transparency and helpfulness.

Maintain an organized workspace and keep digital records updated so that client information is always ready when needed.

Active Connecticut Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts.

Strong command of agency management systems and digital document filing.

Clear and articulate communication skills for explaining complex policy details.

Deep familiarity with local regional risks and insurance market trends in Connecticut.

Self-driven personality with a track record of setting and achieving personal goals.
