We are currently seeking General Laborers to join our team in Morrow County, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide general construction and site support.
• Assist installation crews with material handling and material distribution.
• Unload, stage, and organize materials throughout the project site.
• Support solar module installation activities.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas through general housekeeping.
• Move tools, materials, and equipment as needed throughout the project.
• Perform other general labor duties to support overall project productivity and success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid OSHA 10 Certification (Preferred)
• Current Electrical License (Preferred) 
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Minimum of 1 year of commercial experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Pay Rates

• Helpers:  $18.00 – $26.00 per hour
• Overtime Opportunities Available
