Description
We are seeking Construction General Laborers to support daily field operations and maintain safe, productive work areas on heavy civil construction projects.
What You’ll Do
Perform general labor, material handling, and site cleanup.
Spot equipment and guide operators during operations.
Work safely around moving equipment and active work zones.
Set up and maintain work areas and traffic control as directed.
Assist multiple crews based on project needs.
Follow supervisor direction and all site safety requirements.

Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
Awareness of construction hazards and safety practices.
Dependability, accountability, and consistent attendance.
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to cross-train and support multiple crews or tasks.
Education | Experience
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Experience in heavy civil construction and experience working around heavy equipment strongly preferred.
