Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Labor Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse by performing various manual labor tasks, including receiving and organizing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and assisting with shipments and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of items.
• Sort, organize, and store products in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other machinery (if certified).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and stocking.
• Support loading and unloading tasks as needed.
• Assist team members with other general labor tasks as assigned.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or as required).
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks promptly.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Monday-Friday 4 pm to 4 am
• Overtime or weekend work may be required based on warehouse demand
• Work is typically performed in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
