About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated General Labor Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The role involves assisting with light construction, order picking and packing, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The ideal candidate is physically active, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively within a team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with light construction tasks as needed
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations
• Support team efforts to meet operational goals
• Operate or assist with inventory management systems (if applicable)
• Support other general labor tasks as directed by supervisors
• Uphold safety-first mindset in all activities
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
• Support physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs regularly

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Strong physical stamina and endurance
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Safety-conscious mindset and ability to follow safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Forklift certification

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

Basic hand tools and inventory systems may be used as part of the role.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

This position involves physical activity required for loading, unloading, lifting up to 40 lbs, and movement throughout the worksite. A safety-first approach and compliance with safety standards are mandatory.
