About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This position involves supporting assembly, packaging, and shipping processes within a manufacturing or warehouse environment, ensuring products are prepared and dispatched efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, packaging, and shipping of products according to company specifications.
• Operate basic tools and equipment used in packaging and shipping processes.
• Inspect materials and finished goods for quality and accuracy.
• Stack, organize, and label items for efficient storage and shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow safety protocols, including safe lifting techniques and proper handling of materials up to 30 lbs.
• Support inventory management activities, including stocking and replenishment.
• Complete documentation related to shipping and receiving activities.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and handle items up to 30 lbs.
• Basic understanding of assembly, packaging, or shipping processes.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with packaging tools and materials, shipping and receiving equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, and basic warehouse management systems.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and perform physical activity throughout the shift.
• Work in a manufacturing or warehouse setting involving physical activity and handling materials.
