CHOOSE YOUR SHIFT!

1st Shift

• Monday–Friday

• 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Apply powder coatings and assist with finishing operations.

• Rack and un-rack parts for processing.

• Package finished products for shipment.

• Operate the pretreatment wash booth while wearing required protective equipment.

• Assist with general labor and various shop operations.

• Use tools and equipment such as power drills, sanders, hammers, and power-washing equipment.

• Assist with forklift and overhead crane operations as assigned.

• Follow safety procedures and report hazardous conditions.

• Jump in wherever needed to help keep production running smoothly!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• At least 1 year of finishing, manufacturing, or production experience.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods.

• Willingness to learn and assist in all areas of the shop.

• Reliable transportation and a valid, clean New York State driver's license.

• Willingness to wear required PPE, including a face respirator, face shield, goggles, and gloves, depending on the task.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
