Pay Rate $18.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Full-time,

- Using hand tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair equipment
- Assisting with maintenance and mechanical tasks on snow machines and other shop equipment
- Following instructions, diagrams, and procedures to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Performing general shop duties and keeping work areas clean and organized
- Moving materials and preparing equipment for production
- Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues and identifying potential problems
- Supporting the team with various production and shop-related tasks
- Have previous experience in a shop, mechanical, automotive, manufacturing, or equipment environment (preferred)
- Are comfortable using hand tools such as wrenches, sockets, and screwdrivers
- Can take equipment apart and properly reassemble components
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- Thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
- Possess a High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Are available to work the full-time Monday-Friday schedule
