Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labor Production Associate to support a variety of manufacturing operations. This entry-level role involves working with equipment, assembling products, and supporting production processes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of production tasks, including operating equipment, assembling parts, and supporting manufacturing processes
Follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail
Assist team members by moving materials and equipment as needed to meet production goals
Inspect workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Load and unload materials, jigs, and components for production processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Identify and communicate potential issues or process improvements to supervisors
Participate in training to safely operate equipment and improve skills
Support overall production goals by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
Entry-level; manufacturing or production experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple areas

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive tasks

Reliable transportation
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with manufacturing equipment or assembly lines
Ability to read blueprints or use measuring tools
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Interest in learning CNC equipment or advanced manufacturing processes
