The General Laborer at DLX will assist in various manual tasks within the production or warehouse facility. Responsibilities include supporting production operations, maintaining organization in the warehouse, assisting with loading/unloading shipments, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembling products and components as directed.
• Prepare and pack products for shipment according to company guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks and store materials in designated locations.
• Perform basic quality checks on products and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production or warehouse area.
• Operate basic machinery and tools, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate tracking of materials.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Support other departments as needed to meet production goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of warehouse or production operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, if necessary.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

Work Environment:

• Standing or walking for extended periods.
• Exposure to loud machinery and varying temperatures.
• Wearing appropriate protective gear, such as gloves and safety glasses, is required.
