About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on operating production machinery, assembling products according to specifications, inspecting finished items for quality, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
• Assemble products in accordance with specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects
• Follow safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Record production data accurately and complete required documentation
• Assist with machine setup and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Meet daily production targets to support manufacturing goals

Required Qualifications

• Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 40 lbs
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication and teamwork skills
