General Laborer (AERO)

We are seeking a motivated General Laborer to work within our Sterling Heights locaton. The ideal candidate will provide practical assistance and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout our facilities. Duties may vary.

This is a first shift/ days position

Primary Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials, tools, equipment etc.
• Light preventative maintenance.
• Cleaning of equipment, machines, facility, including but not limited to trash, debris, and other waste.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor stacks.
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures.
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Operating tools as needed.
• Assisting different members of the operations team.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 40 pounds)
• Good hand eye coordination
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
• Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety rules and compliance standards
