Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Butler, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $23/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform demolition and site cleanup duties
- Load and unload tools, equipment, building materials, and supplies
- Prepare and clean up work areas by removing trash, debris, and excess materials
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and assist with grading and site preparation
- Operate basic machinery and power tools, including drills, saws, and forklifts
- Assist carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other skilled tradesmen as needed
- Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Support daily construction activities as directed by supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be capable of safely using the following tools:

- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to follow directions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation preferred
