General Laborer

• Maintain cleanliness throughout warehouse, production, and common areas.
• Keep aisles, walkways, emergency exits, and workstations clear of hazards.
• Collect, sort, and dispose of trash, recycling, pallets, and other materials.
• Perform routine housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and equipment cleaning.
• Identify and report workplace hazards, unsafe conditions, and safety concerns.
• Assist with spill response and facility cleanup as needed.
• Organize storage areas and maintain workplace organization standards.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Support warehouse and production teams with general labor tasks as assigned.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
