A premier Florida defense firm is seeking an experienced General Liability Associate (5+ years of experience) or a Senior Associate to manage cases independently within a supportive, team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities & Practice Focus
Independent Case Management: Autonomously run files from inception through resolution across General Liability matters.
Core Practice Areas: Handle cases focusing primarily on Auto Defense, Premises Liability (slip-and-fall), Workers’ Compensation, and Product Liability.
Litigation & Advocacy: Conduct depositions, draft substantive motions, handle court appearances, and participate in settlement negotiations/mediations.
Team Collaboration: Partner with strong support staff and colleagues in an energetic, team-driven environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Licensure: Active Florida Bar License in good standing.
Experience: 5+ years of litigation experience, with strong emphasis on auto defense and premises liability matters.
Litigation Skills: Proven ability to manage defense files independently with sound legal judgment.
