Job Title: General Liability Bodily Injury Adjuster
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite) (Kearney Mesa)
Pay: $30-$40/hr. (DOE)
Employment Type: Temporary (4+ months, possibility of extension based on business needs)
We are seeking an experienced General Liability Bodily Injury Adjuster to support a busy claims team in San Diego. This is a full-time onsite contract opportunity with potential for extension and possible permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
What You'll Do
- Handle moderate to complex General Liability bodily injury claims
- Investigate losses and determine liability and coverage
- Set and maintain claim reserves
- Negotiate settlements
- Manage litigated files through resolution
- Communicate with claimants, attorneys, carriers, and clients
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and correspondence
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of General Liability claims handling experience
- Required: Bodily Injury/Personal Injury claims experience
- Experience managing litigated claims
- Strong negotiation and investigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
