Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train team members
- Maintain schedules to ensure all critical shifts are covered
- Ensure compliance with brand and food safety standards
- Achieve targets for sales, labor, and cogs
- Complete necessary paperwork and employee onboarding
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- Ability to work 50 hours per week with flexibility to ensure all critical shifts are covered
- Hands-on leadership approach
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and team training
