Role Overview:

Sodexo has an opportunity for a General Manager 3 for Southgate Student Centre located in Tallahassee, Florida!In this highly visible role, you will direct and participate in all daily operations for the  residential dining and  catering in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  Located in the heart of Tallahassee, Southgate is a private housing complex preparing students for transition to Florida State University. 

 

Reporting to the off-site District Manager, the General Manager oversees overall service operations, works with unit financials, directs customer interaction and management of 30+ Sodexo hourly associates. This position will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through exceptional food and delivery of services.  

What You'll Do:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Financial acumen; experience with budget and report management.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and customer service/client relations skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Experience with Sodexo systems is preferred.
  • Mentor managers for growth opportunities.
  • Employee engagement.
  • Culinary experience.
