Lead daily branch operations by partnering with Distribution, Warehouse, and Service Managers to drive accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Resolve customer issues quickly through effective communication and corrective action.

Support pricing initiatives, strategic projects, new account implementation, client retention & process improvements across departments. Promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with company policies & utilize systems to optimize performance

Pay Range: $94860 - $122760

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo"s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
