Role Overview:
Sodexo is seeking a strategic and client-focused General Manager 5 to lead a high-profile corporate dining and hospitality operation in Boston. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of foodservice operations, including retail dining, catering, executive services, financial performance, and team development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate dining or hospitality management, a proven track record of driving operational excellence and client satisfaction, and expertise in managing budgets, labor, and large teams. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, business acumen, and a passion for delivering innovative workplace dining experiences while building strong client relationships.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead all aspects of corporate dining, catering, retail, and hospitality operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client partnerships while serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead management teams and frontline staff to drive engagement, accountability, and results.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, regulatory requirements, and operational standards. Drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience.
