What You’ll Do

• Drive $7M+ Operations: Lead and elevate all aspects of a high-volume, multi-million-dollar restaurant operation to consistently hit performance goals.

• P&L Mastery: Own the profit and loss statement with precision—optimizing labor costs, driving profitability, managing food/beverage expenses, and spot-checking budgets.

• Culture & Energy Creator: Set an upbeat, high-energy tone on every shift, cultivating a winning culture that inspires team members and keeps guests coming back.

• Operational Excellence: Uphold rock-solid brand standards and enforce systems, safety, and health guidelines across all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Track Record: At least 3–5 years of General Manager experience successfully running a restaurant generating $7M+ in annual sales.

• Financial Acumen: Advanced, hands-on P&L management expertise with a sharp focus on prime costs, forecasting, and revenue growth.

• Dynamic Leadership: A natural motivator who leads by example, maintains high standards under pressure, and creates an engaging work environment.

• Systems Leader: Strong expertise in executing standardized restaurant operations, inventory management, and labor scheduling software.
