- Ensure excellent service is provided for all guests at all time
- Know how to hire and train employees to work under them and have the ability to foster the education of FOH staff and BOH
- Skills such as supervisory tact and communication help to create a strong management-employee bond and helpwith employee retention, so at least two years of experience managing others in a supervisory or management roleshould give a potential hire a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- At least
- 3 years management experience in hospitality
- Full availability - days, nights, weekends, holidays
- Help employees meet high standards of service and safety.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office operations (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must understand how to work Toast & Open Table platforms and trouble shoot
- Ensure DOL and Department of Health compliance
- Food, wine, and spirits full knowledge
- Training in food safety and have a Health Department Licenses
- Ability to keep inventory organized
