What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily salon operations
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive membership growth, retail sales, and exceptional customer experiences
• Motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional salon environment
• Oversee scheduling, cash management, inventory, and operational excellence
• Build excitement in the community through local marketing and events

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2-3+ years of leadership or management experience
• Loves coaching, mentoring, and developing people
• Thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys exceeding goals
• Is passionate about beauty, wellness, and helping customers feel confident
• Brings positive energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic every day
• Is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing both people and operations
