COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE:
Base Salary: $48,000 / year
Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to $1,400 / month ($16,800 annual potential)
Annual & Retention Bonuses: $1,300 / year ($1,000 annual bonus + $300 additional bonus)

Store Leadership & Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor your management team and crew members. Build an upbeat culture that keeps retention high.
P&L & Financial Growth: Take ownership of store profitability. Control labor and COGS, manage inventory, and execute strategies to drive sales and check averages.
Operational Excellence: Maintain top standards for food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction during peak lunch and dinner hours.
Food Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to food safety protocols, local health regulations, and brand execution standards.
