General Manager

General Manager for high volume pub. Will be responsible for operations in food, bar, and entertainment. Great staff in place looking for the right leader. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the bar/restaurant industry. We are located in downtown Boston with a very high street presence. Looking for a GM that is career-minded and looking for equity opportunity. Candidates should have a positive attitude and demonstrated experience in leadership, P&L results, inventory control, social media knowledge, training bar staff and door staff, scheduling events, welcoming patrons and the vision to take us to the next level.
