A popular, high-volume, upscale dining destination in Boston is looking for a General Manager to oversee their lively, sophisticated atmosphere.

Qualifications:

5 years of restaurant management experience, including senior leadership responsibilities, ideally in a high-volume, upscale full-service restaurant.
A confident, energetic floor presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to coach, inspire, and hold a team accountable. This is critical.
Experience with high touch clientele.
Strong leadership instincts, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt your approach to different people and situations.

Responsibilities:
Leading daily restaurant operations from the floor, keeping service running smoothly and making sure our guests have a great time.
Managing, mentoring, and developing our FOH management team, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability and follow-through.
Overseeing FOH scheduling, staffing levels, reservations, and service organization to keep operations efficient and well organized.
Leading hiring, training, and employee development while building a strong, supportive team culture.
Maintaining and improving service standards, training programs, and operating procedures through both structured training and real-time coaching.
