What Youâll Be Responsible For
Shop Operations & Performance
Lead daily operations of a high-volume collision repair facility
Manage workflow from intake to delivery
Improve repair cycle time, technician productivity, and shop throughput
Maintain OEM-quality standards and insurance compliance
Team Leadership
Build and lead a strong team of technicians, estimators, and service staff
Hire, train, and mentor top-performing talent
Create a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and growth
Technology & Process Innovation
We want someone who embraces modern tools and systems:
Implement shop management software and digital workflow systems
Optimize estimating platforms (CCC ONE, Mitchell, etc.)
Improve customer communication using digital tools
Use reporting and analytics to improve shop performance
Revenue & Growth
Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
Strengthen insurance and DRP relationships
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase market share
Improve online presence, customer reviews, and digital visibility

Benefits
Base Salary: $90,000 â $110,000
Performance Bonus: $20,000 â $40,000+ based on growth and performance
Total Compensation Potential: $110,000 â $150,000+
