Modern Market - General Manager - Bonus Potential up to 25% of Base Salary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team. Our General Managers are passionate leaders, on-their-feet thinkers, and inspirational motivators, sound like you?  

• Leads hiring efforts in the restaurant
• Assist with inventory counts and product ordering for the restaurant
• Lead the orientation/on-boarding process for new team members
• Leads in developing/writing the restaurant schedule

What you’ll have:

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant general manager experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standards
