Essential duties and functions will vary depending on internship type: • Learn how to find bid and build heavy construction projects • Set up contracts and sub contracts • Work with and assist estimators, project managers, and construction crew foremen • Spend time with foreman learning how to prepare and set up job • Learn about construction equipment - various uses and skills required • Work with Operations Manager/accounting on monthly projections • Understand job cost • Review financial statements • Assist with project take offs and tracking • Project scheduling • Estimating training through Bid2Win • Set up users in Infield, including assigning of departmental access • Other duties as assigned per supervisor.
