Seven Executive is retained on a Branch Manager assignment for a high-growth PE-backed Pest Control organization.

\n

\n

This role is based in Elk Grove, California overseeing the company’s second largest branch The location generates approximately $6m in annual recurring revenue and includes 24 technicians, and 6 operations/support staff

\n

\n

Every core service line in the business flows through this site, including pest, termite, commercial, lawn, and insulation, making it the most operationally intricate branch in the portfolio.

\n

Key Responsibilities

• Own full P&L performance for the branch
• \n
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable service, sales, and admin teams
• \n
• Align sales production with operational capacity
• \n
• Drive route efficiency and service quality across multiple lines
• \n
• Embed and optimize newly implemented PestPac systems
• \n
• Re-energize culture and stabilize a changing team
• \n

Experience Required

\n

\n

• \n
• Multi-site or complex branch leadership experience ($6M+ revenue preferred)
• \n
• Strong operational background in field-based service businesses
• \n
• Proven P&L ownership and team leadership (40+ employees)
• \n
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
• \n
• Hands-on, field-oriented leadership style
• \n
