Our client is seeking an experienced General Managerto lead a large-scale food service operation. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence, managing financial performance, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with experience managing high-volume food service environments, driving operational efficiencies, and achieving business objectives through strong leadership and financial management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage resources effectively while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Drive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic objectives and long-term growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop management teams and frontline staff to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and operational standards.

- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Experience leading large-scale, high-volume food service operations.
- Experience managing multi-unit or multi-site food service environments.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proven success managing budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and operational financial performance.

- Strong understanding of food service compliance, quality assurance, and operational best practices.
