Job Summary:

General Manager for Holiday Inn Express, Hazard, KY.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Annual salary range of $50,000 to $70,000
- Biweekly pay schedule
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
 
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and maintain property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other General Managers to share best practices and streamline processes
- Identify potential areas for growth and make recommendations to upper management
- Regularly communicate with upper management to provide updates on operations, challenges, and successes

Requirements:

- 
- Experience in property management or a related industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of meeting financial goals and managing budgets
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
