General Manager

Job Title: General Manager - Residential Roofing

Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000/year + performance bonuses

Description:

We are looking for a results-driven General Manager to lead all operations within an assigned market. You will oversee sales teams, manage territory sales managers, drive revenue targets, and ensure operational excellence across recruiting, production, and client satisfaction. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability.

Responsibilities for General Manager:

• Oversee all sales, production, and operations within your market

• Manage and develop territory sales managers and their teams

• Set and drive revenue targets, KPIs, and growth strategy for the market

• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent across all departments

• Ensure claims are processed efficiently and jobs are completed on time

• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

• Manage market P&L and report on financial performance

• Coordinate with corporate leadership on strategy and expansion initiatives

• Maintain company culture and ensure compliance with company standards

• Resolve escalated client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements for General Manager:

• 2+ years of management experience in roofing, storm restoration, or home services

• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale a sales organization

• Strong business acumen with P&L management experience

• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

• Track record of hitting revenue and growth targets

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the market

• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
