General Manager-LQ

The LINQ Bar is opening soon, and we’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our team and help launch this exciting new operation!

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the bar’s daily operations, lead and develop the team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales and profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who enjoys building teams and creating a strong operation from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of The LINQ Bar
• Recruit, interview, hire, train and develop bartenders, barbacks, servers and other team members
• Build a strong, positive and accountable team culture
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and address guest concerns professionally
• Manage staffing levels and create schedules based on business needs
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, beverage costs and operating expenses
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize waste and loss
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all applicable requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming bar environment
• Ensure company policies, procedures and standards are consistently followed
• Coach team members and address performance issues when necessary
• Review financial and operational results and develop action plans to improve performance
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction and profitability
• Lead by example and create an energetic environment for both guests and employees

What We’re Looking For

• Previous General Manager, Bar Manager or comparable hospitality leadership experience
• High-volume bar or restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage inventory and cost control
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain a strong team
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Professional, energetic and guest-focused leadership style
• Ability to meet all applicable requirements for working in a bar environment
