About the Role: Restaurant Manager | Family‑Owned Italian Restaurant (Marlton, New Jersey) We’re a small established, Italian restaurant looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, elevate service standards, and drive team performance who has a passion for food and people. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations with a hands‑on approach
Direct daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house restaurant operations
Implement and maintain service standards and operational procedures
Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Oversee inventory, ordering, cost control, and vendor relationships/coordination
Ensure and maintain high standards of compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Lead, train, and support staff in a positive, family‑oriented environment
Ensure an exceptional guest experience rooted in warmth and Italian tradition
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
Food Handlers Certification
Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Proven track record of improving operations and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred
PDQ/POS System knowledge required
Ability to manage social media accounts and add postings daily
