Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Membership Sales

• Consistently achieve and exceed studio revenue and membership targets
• Lead innovative, community-focused outreach and lead generation initiatives
• Drive member referrals through strategic engagement and incentive programs
• Convert leads through personalized sales interactions, studio tours, and follow-ups
• Champion member retention with proactive relationship-building and support

Studio Leadership & Daily Operations

• Inspire and manage a high-performing, motivated team
• Oversee daily studio operations with a focus on efficiency and consistency
• Foster an energized, inclusive environment that aligns with BFTs mission
• Be the face of the studiobuild strong relationships with members, staff, and the local community

Customer Experience & Studio Culture

• Deliver a five-star experience across in-person, phone, and digital channels
• Promote a studio culture that is welcoming, empowering, and inclusive
• Ensure every member feels supported, seen, and motivated to reach their goals

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Lead local marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility
• Build partnerships with schools, local businesses, and community organizations
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to tell compelling stories, share results, and connect with the Montclair audience
