General Manager

Location: Myrtle Beach, SC

Position Summary:

The General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of a residential HVAC service business, including operations, sales, customer service, financial performance, and team development. This role drives revenue growth, ensures exceptional customer satisfaction, and oversees the effective delivery of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair services throughout the Myrtle Beach market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of service, installation, sales, and customer support teams.

• Drive revenue growth through sales performance, marketing initiatives, and customer retention programs.

• Monitor financial results, budgets, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers, technicians, and support staff.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and quality workmanship.

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.

• Optimize scheduling, fleet utilization, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, vendors, and community partners.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience within HVAC, home services, construction, or a related field.

• Proven success managing P&L responsibilities and driving business growth.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

• Experience with residential service operations, sales management, and customer satisfaction programs.

• Ability to analyze business metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
