    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee hotel, club, food and beverage, rooftop, entertainment, event, and public-space operations.
    • Create a consistently elevated experience for guests and members.
    • Lead, coach, and hold the executive and departmental leadership teams accountable.
    • Drive profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and P&L oversight.
    • Maintain a visible presence throughout the property and resolve service issues with urgency and discretion.
    • Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, inventory, maintenance, and operational readiness.
    • Ensure the successful execution of member programming, private events, and activations.
    • Protect and enhance the asset through preventive maintenance, capital planning, and disciplined operating controls.
    • Build strong partnerships with ownership, corporate support teams, vendors, community organizations, and industry partners.
    • Ensure full compliance with labor, licensing, health, safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
    • Champion innovation, service excellence, inclusion, accountability, and employee development.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum five years of experience as a General Manager or comparable senior leader within a luxury hotel, lifestyle property, or private members’ club.
    • Proven success leading a complex, high-profile hospitality operation.
    • Strong luxury hotel and food and beverage experience.
    • Experience with membership, nightlife, entertainment, or event-driven environments strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and financial analysis.
    • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
    • Hands-on, visible leadership style with excellent judgment and emotional intelligence.
    • Must already have authorization to work in the United States.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience leading both a luxury hotel and private members’ club.
