    Job Opportunity: General Manager - West Village, New York City

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse and dynamic team
    • Engage in direct, friendly interactions with guests
    • Collaborate actively with team members on the line
    • Analyze sales data, manage expenses, and oversee payroll and inventory
    • Uphold stringent standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization

    Qualifications:

    • Preferred: At least two years of experience as a restaurant manager
    • Strong financial skills, including proficiency with P&Ls and COGS
    • Must have a food handler certification
    • Ability to manage exposure to shellfish allergens
