We're looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our fast-paced restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for daily operations, building and developing a great team, delivering outstanding guest service, and driving sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members.
Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
Manage daily operations to ensure excellent food quality and customer service.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and company standards are met.
Monitor sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
Resolve guest concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
Restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with inventory management and team training.
Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
