As General Manager, you will lead a high-volume airport Starbucks location, inspiring and developing a team that consistently delivers outstanding service, operational excellence, and world-class beverage quality.

This role is responsible for driving business results through strong leadership, talent development, and a customer-first mindset. The General Manager oversees all aspects of café operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, inventory management, food and beverage quality, financial performance, and adherence to Starbucks standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering the Starbucks Experience.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach partners to achieve operational and guest service excellence.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, respect, accountability, and continuous development.
• Ensure consistent execution of Starbucks beverage, food, safety, and service standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and meaningful service interactions.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless execution during peak business periods.
• Manage labor, inventory, ordering, waste, and operating expenses to achieve financial goals.
• Analyze business trends, sales performance, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, security, and company policies.
• Create schedules that support business needs while promoting partner engagement and productivity.
• Lead by example on the floor, maintaining a positive presence and supporting the team during high-volume periods.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while building long-term brand loyalty.
