Compensation Range: $200K+
- 15+ years of manufacturing/site leadership experience, ideally within automotive aluminum extrusion and fabrication.
- Proven full P&L responsibility with experience managing plant financial performance, budgets, forecasts, costs, and profitability.
- Strong leadership across operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, safety, and manufacturing teams.
- Demonstrated experience driving operational excellence, productivity, asset utilization, CAPEX, and continuous improvement.
- Strong automotive quality and customer experience, including IATF 16949, customer satisfaction, and resolution of quality/performance issues.
- Proven ability to develop leadership teams, build a strong safety culture, engage employees, and drive growth in a complex manufacturing operation.
