This is a hands-on, in-position leadership role, not a clipboard job.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the restaurant: manage day-to-day operations across all dayparts while maintaining QSC standards, drive-thru times, and a top-tier guest experience
  
• Own the P&L: control food, labor, and paper costs, drive sales against budget and prior year, and deliver controllable profit against bonus targets
  
• Develop the team: recruit, train, coach, and review AGMs, shift managers, and crew, and build a bench strong enough to promote from within
  
• Champion brand standards: lead food safety training, hit top-level operations evaluation results, and roll out new products and brand programs on schedule
  
• Hit the numbers: manage to sales, controllable profit, and customer survey targets that drive your quarterly bonus
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a fast food restaurant with a drive-thru
  
• Strong P&L command (food, labor, and controllable profit) and the ability to read a period flash and act on it
  
• A hands-on operator who works alongside the team, with a track record of developing crew, shift leaders, and AGMs
  
• ServSafe certification, or the ability to obtain it upon hire
  
• High school diploma or GED
  
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  

What You’ll Get

• $60,000–$65,000 base salary
  
• Quarterly bonus with a $7,200 annual target; high performers earn $13,000+
