Wendy’s has built its name on fresh, never-frozen beef, square burgers, and the Frosty. Behind every great Wendy’s is a General Manager who sets the pace, builds the team, and makes sure every guest gets food worth coming back for. We’re looking for that leader in Pittsburgh.

If you love hitting numbers, developing people, and turning a good restaurant into the best one in the market, this role puts the keys in your hands, and the quarterly bonus rewards you for what you deliver.

What You’ll Do

• Own the restaurant. Lead every part of the operation, including sales, guest satisfaction, food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness.
  
• Drive results. Manage the P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory to hit targets, then beat them.
  
• Build a winning team. Recruit, hire, train, and develop crew members and shift leaders, and grow your future managers.
  
• Set the standard. Uphold Wendy’s brand, food safety, and operational standards on every shift.
  
• Lead from the floor. Be visible, hands-on, and ready to coach in the moment during the busiest rushes.
  
• Create guest loyalty. Resolve concerns quickly and build a restaurant the neighborhood counts on.
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a GM or senior assistant manager in QSR or fast casual
  
• A track record of managing a P&L and improving sales, labor, and food cost
  
• A people-first leadership style: you develop talent and keep turnover low
  
• Strong organization and the ability to stay steady under pressure
  
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  
• ServSafe certification, or the ability to obtain it
  

What You’ll Get

• $60,000–$70,000 base salary, based on experience
