    Lead a high performing team at Wendy's! As General Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, develop great people, and ensure every guest leaves happy. If you're an experienced leader ready to take ownership of results, this is your opportunity.
     
    What You'll Do
    • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations and performance
    • Hire, train, and motivate team members and shift leaders
    • Control food and labor costs, ensure safety and quality standards
    • Deliver excellent customer service and build a positive culture
    What We're Looking For
    • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Proven ability to meet goals and lead by example
    • Flexible schedule and commitment to team success
