About Us:Sir Grout is a premier grout, tile, and stone restoration company committed to excellence and exceeding customer expectations. We are in search of an experienced Sales Manager and/or General Manager to take over sales (and possibly, but not necessarily, day-to-day operations and management of technicians) from the owner/operator. This is either a 100% sales or 80% sales and 20% management role. We are completely impartial and have no bias toward either setup; we're just looking for the best person for whichever role we can fill.
Job Description:As the General Manager (GM) or Sales Manager (SM) at Sir Grout, your primarily responsibility will be driving sales of our grout, tile, and stone restoration services. You will be provided with warm leads and will conduct in-home assessments and estimates for customers who have reached out to us and requested our services. You will also be responsible for managing the customer relationship before, during, and after their service. (The GM will also oversee operations, managing technicians, ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment, ensuring proper care and maintenance of vehicles, interacting with call center agents and franchise leadership, and performing other general management duties).
Key Responsibilities for both roles:
- Sales: fearlessly drive sales and achieve sales and profitability targets. Visit customers' homes, assess their project needs, and provide tailored proposals and solutions. Ideally, close the sale on the first visit. Where that is not possible, follow-up consistently to close the sale.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare estimates for customers and explain Sir Grout processes and how we will resolve their issues.
Additional Responsibilities for the GM:
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations with the owner, ensuring efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and optimal use of resources.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Tile and Grout Restoration Technicians and support staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Financial Management Assistance: Assist the owner in managing the company's financiales, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
