Fedora, an upscale cocktail lounge and live music venue inside the Aztec Theatre on the San Antonio River Walk, is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations and maintain an exceptional standard of hospitality.
Responsibilities
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise the full service team Lead polished guest service as a visible host and manager Oversee opening, operating, and closing procedures Manage labor, beverage costs, purchasing, inventory, cash controls, and operating expenses Coordinate live entertainment, private events, and special programming Maintain TABC, health, safety, and employment compliance Partner with ownership on sales, promotions, profitability, reservations, and event sales Provide accurate weekly sales, labor, inventory, and performance reports
Qualifications
At least three years of General Manager experience in a high-volume bar, full-service restaurant, hotel lounge, or entertainment venue Strong cocktail, spirits, wine, and upscale service knowledge Proven team leadership and working knowledge of POS, scheduling, Excel, inventory controls, labor percentages, and P&L statements Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$60,000 annual base salary Up to 25% bonus opportunity Health insurance copay Parking This is a full-time, on-site position in downtown San Antonio.
