General Manager- St. Louis The General Manager is a member of the Company's Senior Leadership team and the Executive Leader of the St. Lousi facility. The General Manager is responsible for the daily and ongoing operations of the office including delivering ongoing programs, managing a team of 30+ employees, interacting with building management, and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. As the Executive Leader of the St. Louis office, the GM also serves as the local representative of the Company, participating in customer meetings, meeting with local government and economic development partners, speaking at regional conferences, and meetings. The GM is also responsible for ensuring the team in the St. Louis office is fully connected and a part of eth larger company including sharing its values, culture, and missionResponsibilitiesAct as senior leader responsible for full operations of the Enabled Intelligence St. Louis office including a team of Data Annotators, Quality Control Analysis Imagery Analysis Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, Team Supervisors and HR/Administrative support. Direct day-to-day business activities and ensure cross-departmental efficiency Implement and uphold company culture, values and policies to ensure a people focused environment where EI team members can be successful and grow their careers. Uphold company standards for excellence and quality Attend regular senior leadership meetings to ensure continuity between our Falls Church headquarters office and the St. Louis office.Run office wide "All- Hands" meetings to provide transparency to all St. Louis EI Team Members Assist with local recruitment, onboarding and supervision of department managers and team members.Represent Enabled Intelligence at local industry events and client meetings to seek out opportunities for expansion and growth.Required Qualifications and Skills5+ years of previous operations leadership experience Ability to work with and lead individuals of diverse backgrounds, communication, learning and work styles.
