Key Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations with a "run it like it's your own" mindset to exceed performance goals Manage inventory and control food and supply costs (COGS) Create effective schedules and oversee labor management Hire, train, coach, and motivate a dedicated team, fostering growth and accountability Provide outstanding customer service and promptly resolve issues Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Handle cash management responsibly Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years' experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and coaching abilities Basic computer and technology proficiency Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts Benefits & Perks Competitive salary starting at $55,000 annually plus weekly and quarterly bonuses Comprehensive benefits: paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance Employee discounts and referral programs Paid training and a strong promote-from-within culture Work Schedule & Environment Full-time position.
